ABOUT THE ARTISTI am a 25 year old norwegian person with a huge interest for art, wether that be cartoons or bigger paintings. With my trusty Wacom Tablet, I pursue the life of an artist on the side, as being an adult often means having to work.For the few comissions I have already done, I have recieved very positive feedback, such as praise for me taking the time to do revisions. The customers have been delighted with their final results. Your satisfaction is very important to me.I am a queer agender person who use he/they pronouns, and you can be 100% sure that this is a safe space no matter gender, sexuality, ethnicity, religion, disability and so on. FAQ
What kind of art do you do?I do most styles, ranging from cartoon and chibi to more detailed paintings and abstracts. I do not provide hyper-realism, and I'm not yet skilled enough in realism to offer that. You can see the different styles I do under the "PRICING" tab.Do you do NSFW?I do not. Slight NSFW is ok, but I don't provide full NSFW art. If you're commissioning 18+ art, I require an age verification. This is to ensure that minors do not order NSFW art from me.How do I contact you?If there is anything you're wondering, you can press the mail or Discord symbol at the bottom of each page to send me an e-mail or a DM. For commissioning, there is a form with all the information you need under the "COMMISSION" tab. I will answer as fast as I can, and from there I can ask for more information if needed.Can I negotiate the price?I don't negotiate my prices under any circumstance. The only exceptions are if you are a winner of a contest or if I choose to give you a discount. You may not ask for a discount yourself. I will adjust the price as I see fit to your request, so it might be cheaper or more expensive than listed under the "PRICING" tab.Do you do revisions?With every commission comes 1 (one) revision, however it is possible to pay for more revisions.
Can I cancel the order?You may cancel the order at any time, but a cancellation will not give you a 100% refund. Refunds will be individually discussed. I reserve the right to refund and cancel any commission at any time for any reason, though will not use this lightly. I retain rights to the design and I may resell it if your order is cancelled.How long will it take for me to recieve the finished product?Seeing as I am working and have a lot of stuff going on in life, I will not be offering express delivery. I am doing my best to get you your product within a month, but sometimes there will be delays. If a delay should occur, I will contact you by e-mail or Discord to inform you of this.How do I pay?After submitting your form, I will e-mail you or DM you on Discord with more details, including the price. The price will have to be payed upfront via PayPal. You can find more information about payment under the "TERMS OF SERVICE" tab.Your price list doesn't include what I want!If my price list does not list what you have in mind for your commission, you can e-mail me or DM me on discord and ask, and we will figure it out from there.I am not happy/satisfied with my finished product!
I provide checkups during the initial sketches to see if the starting point is to your liking. After that, you still have 1 revision left to use during the prosess. You can read more about extra revisions in the TOS.

Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service below.
Payment:All payment should be in USD via Paypal. I will send an invoice. Payment is due in full upfront for any commission. In the commission form, there will be a section where you fill in information about payment. I will not start any commission until the full amount has been payed. Please pay the invoice on time, as I will see it as a cancellation should it not be payed within a week.General guidelines:Please include visual references and a good description. The more info you can provide me with, the more accurate I can meet your expectations. I require at least some pose references, colorpalettes, desired elements, etc.Process:After payment is received, I will start working and send an initial sketch (or a couple options), so you can approve and require adjustments if necessary. After the initial sketch is approved, you will get one more revision included in the price. Minor changes are possible at any stage (small details, colors). If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the painting (e.g. change pose), I may charge a 20% extra. Size is usually A4 (2480px*3508px), 300 dpi, delivered in PNG file format unless you ask otherwise. You will have to specify in the form if you want it horizontal or vertical.Use:You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc. You can make prints for personal use. You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself. By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion. If you’d like the commission to remain private (not ever published anywhere), an extra will be charged. You are welcome to upload your commission to social media, as long as you give me credit for the work. You can find my social media at the bottom of the home page. I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.Privacy Policy:I do not keep your personal information for longer than the period of the commission. I also do not require your legal name for this, but may ask for your Twitter or Discord handle. Google forms is anonymous and do not provide me with anyones IP-adress. The only information I will need from you is a way to contact you (some form of social media or your e-mail adress), and the e-mail adress of your PayPal. If you should order NSFW, I will have to confirm your age over Discord. To verify your age I will need some form of ID (e.g. drivers liscense, passport) with your date of birth and picture visible. You can blur the rest out. The picture must show you holding your ID, and a note saying "Nex's Art Commission". After I have verified it, you can feel free to delete the picture from the chat. If I post your commission on any social media, I will not tag you without your consent. Any sensitive topics you might share with me during the period of the commission will not be spread to others, as I value your privacy.I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason at any given time.

Commissions
So you've read Terms of Service and decided you want to commission from me. Well, the first step is figuring out what you want. In the "PRICING" tab, you will find some of the artstyles I do. If there should be anything outside of this, you can provide this in the google form and we can discuss if it's an option. As stated in the "Terms of Service", I need as much information as you can provide me with so that I can provide you with a satisfactory product. Below you will find a button taking you to a google form. This form has everything required to commission and I will contact you by e-mail or Discord after recieving this form for additional information. If you don't hear from me within 2 days, please send me an e-mail or a DM, and I'll get to you as fast as possible!
